Well I went in originally because I was sent a $10 haircut coupon. I signed in online and when my name was called they already knew I was a new customer so I was given the VIP treatment - LITERALLY! I got a great haircut, scalp massage, shampoo, back massage and friendly conversation during the visit. My hair looks great and my head and shoulders were feeling good too. And I still have the coupon which I'll use next month!
