"Did you ever have to leave in the middle of getting your hair cut for fear that the hair dresser will do even more damage? That is what I experienced at Sport Clips. Her name is Wanda and I would stay as far away from her as I possibly can. Needed to go to a real salon to get my hair cut properly!"

"Excellent customer service, excellent atmosphere, and a great haircut. Tracey is fast on her feet...LOL. I am one of those customers that will hold crazy conversation and harass the stylist, and I still leave happy. Keep up the great work.....tell corporate the MVP needs to be a little longer. It might even prompt larger tips."

"Poor customer service. When a haircut is messed up and you’re told to “come in right now and we’ll fix it there’s no wait” but then you arrive and you’re told in a very snotty way that it’ll be a 30 min wait and you should’ve checked in online, it is disappointing. Not the kind of place I feel like spending $25 to get my son a haircut."

"Interesting place and concept. Not too thrilled with the prices so I'm not sure I'm going back. Haircut was ok and I understand that can be hit or miss anywhere. The whole VIP experience thing just seemed confusing and then you get a coupon for your next hair cut at half price, but then it's back to full price next time. I liked the sign in process showing a big screen of where you are in line. There is a good amount of seating for people to wait too."
